Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-30 · Last updated 30 October 2026

In short: try MailDepth free for 14 days first. If you subscribe and are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get your money back in full.

1. Free trial first

Every new account can use MailDepth free for 14 days, without payment details. Please use the trial to check that MailDepth works with your mailboxes before you subscribe.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, both for a first payment and for a renewal. You do not have to give a reason. After a refund, the subscription for that period ends.

3. How to ask for a refund

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for MailDepth. You can ask for a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@maildepth.com from the e-mail address of your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. MailDepth then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Cancelling alone does not trigger a refund; if you also want your money back, ask within 14 days of the payment as described above.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
